Kent , Kirk and the team at MSM Systems designed a system for The Granada with Meyer that has been transformative for the room.  Being an independent venue in the midwest, we had been in need of an system upgrade for quite a while, and the team at MSM had been supportive the whole way through our process until we were able to pull it together with their help.
Outside of the system install, I would have to make note of MSM’s continued willingness to work with our staff on elements we need to keep the PA at peak condition and maintain a level of quality our touring artists deserve.

Kent and team did an amazing job supporting Douglas County when we needed AV equipment because of water damage. When our purchased equipment arrived, they installed the equipment around our schedule. The new equipment is easy to use and works great.

Our church needed an upgrade to our P.A. system and had a limited budget to get the job done. MSM made a recommendation that fit our budget and installed the system in a timely manner. Follow up was most important and we were pleased with the service.

Kent is doing well with his work release program. The rest of the crew covered the smell of vodka well with breath mints. The “cutting edge” technology is great, I wasn’t aware they still made 8-track players.
